What You Get

  • The Sightseeing Pass grants you general admission to The Bronx Zoo.

    Includes General Admission into the zoo only. Some of the general exhibits include Tiger Mountain, Sea Lion Pool, Madagascar, World of Birds, Reptile House, African Plains, and Himalayan Highlands among others.

    Some attractions require additional fees. Individual attraction tickets or upgrade to Total Experience available on site.

How To Redeem

All admissions require timed ticket entry; you must reserve your timed tickets 24-48 hours prior to your visit by calling WCS's Group Sales Department at 800.433.4149. All booking availability is first come first serve. Visitors may begin calling the WCS Reservation Center (800-433-4149) with a valid Sightseeing Pass number at least 24 hours before their preferred visit date.

• Agent will proceed with booking the visitor for the date/time slot of their choice (pending capacity)
• Once the booking is complete, the visitor will provide a valid email address where we can send a barcoded entry ticket.
• The visitor will then use the barcoded ticket to enter the park. The ticket may be printed or shown on a phone or mobile device. Pass will be scanned upon entry.

Present your Pass at any Admission Booth to receive your admission ticket.

    NOTE: Passes are not accepted on Wednesdays

    Last entry to the zoo is 45 min prior to park closing. Animal exhibits close 30 min prior to park closing. Due to state mandated capacity restrictions, exhibit lines may close earlier if there is a wait time of 30 min or more. Bug Carousel and Nature Trek are open until park closing.

    *Closed Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day
