Refund Policy

(For the purpose of this policy the term ticket or pass is interchangeable)
All passes/tickets purchased without insurance are non-refundable.
All passes/tickets purchased with insurance are refundable, if unused, for up to one year.
The refund on insured passes/tickets is only on the amount paid for the passes/tickets not the amount paid for insurance.
All passes/tickets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
If you are unable to fully use your pass/ticket prior to the 1 year expiration date, you may request an extension of the expiration date of up to 12months, which is up to management discretion.
